2016 is almost over. It may have been a tough year for you, like me. If that is the case, it is even more important than ever to take a few moments to reflect on the good things, and even the not so good things, that have made me who I am.

Receive one email daily from Thursday, November 10 through Thursday, November 24 with a gratitude theme of the day. This is not your typical gratitude challenge. Topics include Things in Nature, Traditions, Smells and 12 more topics to get you thinking deeper about things you normally don't think give much thought to.
Write down 3 things you are grateful for each day and by the time Thanksgiving arrives you will be feeling grateful for all things in your life and be mentally healthier.
